about Brianne.

Born and raised in London, Ontario I grew up a competitive athlete with a passion for sports. This lead to attending Laurentian University in Sudbury where I graduated in 2014 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Sports Administration (SPAD).

With a comprehensive background in sports and entertainment, after 5 years in sales and service I was able to turn my passion for social media into a career in marketing. A new role was created for me on the content team in 2018, filling the need for an “Instagram expert”.

On the content team with the Ottawa Senators of the NHL I was responsible for updating and maintaining our social media platforms with over one million followers across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Now I have expanded my repertoire in helping businesses manage their online presence from their website to their social media pages to digital advertising strategies. I am based in Ottawa but I have clients in virtually every industry both locally and all over Canada from the East Coast to the West Coast.

A part from social media my interests include sports (obviously), travel, being an amateur foodie (both trying new restaurants and new recipes at home), health & fitness, and my six-year old golden retriever Koda.

My social media background paid off when Koda was officially rated a 13/10 good boy by internet phenomenon @WeRateDogs who boasts over 10 million social followers. His photo gained over 161,000 Instagram likes, over 153,000 likes on Twitter and almost 16,000 re-tweets.
